Is this a physical product?

No. All FaithByK products are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped to you.

When will I receive my files?

Your digital files will be available to download immediately after your purchase is complete. You'll also receive an email with your download link.

What sizes are included?

Each product description will list the included file sizes. Many of our planners include US Letter (8.5" × 11") and A4 formats for easy printing.

Can I print my planner more than once?

Yes! You may print your planner as many times as you'd like for your own personal use.

Can I use the planner digitally?

If the planner is designed for digital use, this will be clearly stated in the product description. Otherwise, our planners are created primarily for printing.

Can I share or resell my files?

No. All purchases are licensed for personal use only. Files may not be copied, shared, redistributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be offered once your files have been delivered. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us—we're always happy to help.
